Subject CME Group to Disseminate Six New S&P Indexes - Effective Monday, August 13, 2007

Beginning Monday, August 13, 2007, CME Group will begin disseminating six (6) new indexes listed in the attached.  These indexes will be transmitted every 15 seconds, with an Exchange Code of “M” via Channel 3 of CME Group’s MDP.

 

The usual display fees for S&P Index data will not apply to any display of these Indexes, whether made to individual subscribers or on public websites.  For all other S&P Indexes, the standard fees apply.  This waiver is effective immediately until further notice from CME Group.

                                

Note:  There will be no corresponding futures contracts listed at this time.
